Although the Home Construction Process appears unwieldy and full of twists and turns, the process is methodically coordinated with precision and care by HR Johnson Homes to lead to the creation and fulfillment of one’s dream home that becomes the center of family values and memories, pride and tradition, and investment and opportunity
Consequently, through our management and home building expertise, HR Johnson Homes simplifies the Custom Home Construction Process through employment of an array of factors including:
- Homeowner control of the financial aspects of the Home Construction Process based on an itemized budget for transparency, flexibility, and homeowner reassurance.
- A custom home completely designed to the aspiration of the homeowner, without limitations and standard features, and then handcrafted by HR Johnson Homes with respective structural and trade warranties.
- A set percentage builder fee charged by HR Johnson Homes relative to the total construction (exclusive of the value or sales price of the lot) of the handcrafted custom home, and without builder mark-up fees on vendor products and services.
